Design Build
Altac Mechanical takes a highly collaborative approach that involves the owner and contractors requirements, interests and needs with the outcome to be a successful completion for the entire team. By involving the entire team early in this stage we effectively compile all the information necessary to see the project through to completion.

Lean Construction
Altac Mechanical practices lean construction in both the office and in the field. Lean construction focuses on being able to recognize and reduce waste whenever possible.

Lean construction allows our team to complete projects in the most efficient manner while generating the least amount of waste.
Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Altac Mechanical has substantial experience with this exciting and fun IPD delivery method. Having all stakeholders / partners collaborating together at inception is imperative to a successful completion.
